If you guessed correctly well done BUT they the actual answer should be I don’t know. There is no way of knowing which is any are benign/malignant on ultrasound.

They are all manifestations of benign nodular hyperplasia confirmed with cytology and histology.

Ultrasound is great for localising and picking up lesions - sensitivity. However it can fall down differentiating benign from malignant disease - specificity- one of the main reasons we use ultrasound is to use it to guide us taking samples. There are some masses which display changes which are highly likely to be a tumor but still the only way of confirming is to sample.
